About

I am a marine biologist, currently working as Researcher in Phytoplankton ecology for the French Ifremer Institute, at Coastal laboratory of Port-en-Bessin, France.

I have been investigating various components of the marine ecosystem including phytoplankton, phytobenthos, fish communities, shrimp fisheries and coral reefs.

I like to combine programming, statistical analysis and scientific reasoning in marine ecology, and seek to strengthen the understanding of ecosystems functioning, especially by analyzing large datasets including long-term time series. I have also a particular interest in developing new methodological frameworks to characterize ecological niches and environmental impacts on ecosystems.
